Born on January 28, 2001, in Terrassa, Spain, to Moroccan parents (both from the Beni Mellal region), Ismael Saibari grew up in the Netherlands, where his passion for football blossomed. Coming from a family that valued sports, he developed a deep love for the game early on.

At six years old, Saibari joined a local club in the Netherlands, where he began his football journey. His potential was recognized by scouts from PSV Eindhoven, one of the top clubs in the country, when he was ten. Joining PSV’s academy provided him with an environment that nurtured his technical and tactical development.

Saibari’s time at the academy was marked by significant progress, and at 17, he signed his first professional contract with PSV Eindhoven. To gain first-team experience, he was loaned to MVV Maastricht in the Dutch second division, where he continued to develop his skills and gain valuable match experience.
